We acquire businesses that provide a highly mission critical service offering. Your customers depend on the service you provide day-to-day and rely on you for critical business operations.

ARR North of $3M

Ideally, we look to acquire businesses that are north of $3M in annual recurring revenues, though we can be flexible for the right business and team.
EBITDA Positive

As buy-and-hold investors, we prefer to see positive cash flows at acquisition, though we also evaluate businesses who can show a reasonable path to profitability within 12-18 months post-closing.

Gross Retention >90%
Gross dollar recurring revenue retention is our north star when understanding the true mission criticality and stickiness of a service provider. We look for gross retention to be greater than 90% over the last three years.
